A file transfer tool which determines the method (specified by a set of protocols) used when you transfer files between computers. ClarisWorks includes three file transfer tools: XMODEM Tool (preset), Text Tool and Claris Kermit Tool. Each tool has its own settings, which are preset for the most commonly-expected situations. If you do not or will not work with communications in ClarisWorks, you do not need this extension. Unnecessary if you are not on a network.
